SOLUTIONS
Injection Works
Over time, turbines can become unstable when gaps form beneath the foundation. Ostermark Grouting performs investigative endoscopy through core drilling to detect and assess these voids. Once measured, the core is flushed, and Y-MatTec G1000 grout is injected to fill the gaps, restoring structural integrity and ensuring long-term turbine stability.
Sealing
Ostermark Grouting offers sealing with Triflex Towersafe, a liquid-based, permanently elastic waterproofing solution for wind turbine foundations. It protects against water intrusion, corrosion, and environmental wear, ensuring long-term durability while minimizing downtime. Suitable for temperatures as low as -5°C, it provides reliable protection in all conditions.
Repowering Grout Collar
Ostermark Grouting strengthens existing turbine foundations with a repowering grout collar. By placing a form around the foundation and filling it with high-strength grout, we enhance structural capacity, allowing for the installation of larger turbine towers.
