Østermark Group Welcomes New CFO

We are pleased to announce that Malene Schmidt Lind has joined Østermark Group as our new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 15th, 2025.

Malene brings more than 15 years of experience from the wind industry, having held several senior finance and leadership positions at Siemens Wind Power and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.

Most recently, she led financial project management activities across Northern Europe and the Middle East within onshore construction, installation, and service.

With strong financial expertise and deep industry insight, Malene will play a key role in supporting and driving our growth journey - particularly as we expand our UHPC solutions for offshore and onshore grouting, lifetime extension, and our service programs.

Her strategic mindset, impactful leadership, and collaborative approach make her an excellent fit for Østermark Group as we continue to strengthen and build on our solid foundation.
